Chainmail jewellery is created by weaving individual metal rings together using traditional chainmail techniques, originally developed for armour. This ancient craft is reimagined in contemporary, wearable designs.

Each piece is handcrafted by linking hundreds of tiny metal rings in intricate patterns. This labour-intensive process requires precision, skill, and patience, resulting in fluid, tactile jewellery with beautiful movement. Each link in Corrinne Eira Evans’ chainmail is individually hand made and then linked together. Corrinne’s gold collection stretches the skills even further as she solders each link shut for a sold gold chainmail piece of flexible jewellery.

Corrinne primarily uses precious metals such as sterling silver and golds and responsibly sourced gemstones. The gold sourced is of Single Mine Origin (SMO) golds primarily from the Yanfolila mine in Mali. Corrinne can also use Fair mined gold if desired.
