Refund policy

At Corrinne Eira Evans’ Contemporary Jewellery we endeavour to offer the best standard and service. If you are unhappy with your item please notify us within 7 working days with a full receipt (screen shot of emailed receipt is fine), you can exchange for another item of the same value or more or if you can’t find anything else you like at that time I will offer you a full refund. If an item arrives faulty please notify us within 7 working days for a full refund. Postage back to myself will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure all items are boxed and packaged sufficiently and sent via tracked and secured mail.
